Ultimate Enemy Adjustments Reduced Enemy HP by 5%. Increased Enemy EXP
Weapon Adjustments HP Affect Pwr [/U+] Weapons had their PA Boost reduced by 5%. The Goal with the Enemy HP and PA Boost reduction is to keep HP Affect Pwr weapons the same power relative to enemies, while letting all the other weapons deal a little bit more. Rather adjust 40 files vs 500 files. [/U+] Rods (excluding H. Rappy Parsol/U+) had their final grind TP increased by 70. H. Rappy Parasol/U+ had it's 0/10 TP increased by 10. Fixes a disparity for Rods when they are 10/10 and have GAS Skill [Full Custom Power]
